At BrewDog, we want you to enjoy every sip and snack; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for all non-perishable merchandise and store credit for eligible food items. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or beverages unless they are defective.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
